Who operates JOIN REUNION?

JOIN REUNION is a operated in partnership with Envolve Entrepreneurship, a nonprofit organization. The pilot was funded by a generous grant from the Kapor Center.

Are contributions tax-deductible?

Yes, JOIN REUNION is fiscally sponsored by Envolve Entrepreneurship, a 501(c)(3) organization.

How are contributions distributed?

All donations to a given REUNION, regardless of whether the fundraising goal is met, are distributed equally to the four participating founders.

What percentage of the donations go to the founders?

100%, minus any credit card processing fees (typically 2-3%), is distributed to the founders.

How are founders selected?

JOIN REUNION and Envolve Entrepreneurship work with numerous local partners and advisors to source and qualify founders. You can see our selection criteria here.

Can any founder apply?

Our focus is on Black, Latinx, and Indigenous founders, but we encourage all entrepreneurs to apply.

Is there a cost for founders?

There is no cost for entrepreneurs to participate.

How often are REUNIONS launched?

Our goal is to launch 6 new REUNIONS every 2-3 months.

How long do campaigns last?

We are piloting different time periods, but currently we will operate each REUNION for 2-3 months.

How are the platform photographs sourced?
